Is a chat feature needed on HeroesWorld?

So, will it be a similar chat to the one on the portal?

I can't say anything about this, as I haven't used the chat on heroesportal. But the point is that there won't be a chat on the main page of the forum; if the voting ends in favor of a chat, it will be a separate page with HeroesWorld account authorization.
