Is a server required for daily gameplay via Hamachi?

I have an idea: we could create something similar to a server using Hamachi, through which we could organize games of Heroes 4 at a specific time. We could decide on the time, map, and difficulty level in advance through a vote. I don't know if it will work, but it would be nice; I think many people, like me, would just like to play casually, just for the fun of it. P.S.
