The hero there, Zephyr, needs to add an army; it's the very first mission. "Escape to Salvation" - "Deeds and Ways of Darkness."

Damn, I don't know why it's not working; it seems like everything is correct. Maybe the hero is in the castle? Or he died ;) ?
