RAM isn't the most important factor in Heroes. The most crucial thing is that the graphics card performs well. The box says 64MB, but that's a lie. I have 128MB, and it only runs smoothly on medium settings. Everything should be fine with your setup. As for processing power... I played with a friend on a laptop (1GHz), and it didn't lag at all.
