Adv(Necro, Lucretia) defeated Ment(Elves, Ilphine) 2-2-7 Diamond

Started with Vlad, then captured an external dwelling of 5th level and bought Lucretia; there was also a 3rd level external dwelling, which played into the Elf's hands.
My opponent had Ilphine, seemed to have everything, but something didn't work out for him.
For me, on the contrary, everything went smoothly; at the end of week 3 I found a treasure zone, and without the Logistics skill I feasted on it for almost 2 weeks; on week 5 I broke out and headed to the enemy through a secondary hero. The finale was in the Elf's Castle; a significant advantage in troops and leveling decided it in favor of the Necro.
Thanks to my opponent for the game!
I confirm all points. From the very beginning, I had an experimental approach to the game. That's why I allowed such a not-so-good faction matchup during the random roll. When I started, the odds were simply astonishing: the game gave me an Elven dwelling, and Ilphine was offered machines at level 3! I was so happy that for a second I forgot that I was playing Ilphine, and a second later it was already too late to fix anything. Well, I thought, okay, let's try this way. Naturally, the Logistics skill couldn't fit into the build anymore, I was running around at a snail's pace, spell schools almost never came up on level-ups... Also, luck with neutrals wasn't great: max stacks everywhere, Dwarf Cottages with five Erels — that's certainly a nasty thing, and due to my own noobiness I kept forgetting to remove my shooters before battle. At least there were no money problems, but considering my opponent was a Necro, that's definitely not a plus. Another nuisance: the guild had no decent spells, neither Chaos nor Light. In particular, there was no Stop Cold spell, which is almost always present in Elven castles. Towards the end, I scouted around a bit and seemed to have entered a good zone with a secondary town (unfortunately, Orcish) and a bunch of useful artifacts (before that, mostly junk was turning up), but then reconnaissance reported that the Necro had entered that zone. I expected him to be strong, but not to this extent... His army was about twice as large as anticipated; apparently, Adv had acquired a secondary castle a long time ago. I hastily retreated to my castle, and he came running. The last unpleasant surprise was my opponent's tactics, which prevented me from shielding my troops with Ancient Ents, and his high speed (couldn't have been without a ring). Mass Haste and Summon Phoenix from my opponent's side were already perceived more as a funny joke, just to have a laugh :) But regardless, we had a good time. Thanks for the game!
