Even if you manage to acquire it, any normal light spell, for example, Haste, will not have a mass version, which is not ideal. So, it's better to have fewer spells, but make them more effective.
I'm not even going to mention that in some tournaments, as I've seen, taking Mentorship is prohibited by the rules. And how will you take a Specialist Archer without Mentorship?
