Fairies in the Conflux? That's terrible! They should live with the Elves!

Well, the Conflux is indeed not the most successful city in terms of population. I am even more concerned about the imbalance of elementals in it. And dwarves really could claim to live separately from all this Fortress faction. But I don't see anything wrong with cyclops on the sixth level.
