Ranger - "Higher Vampire" [5th Campaign, 5th Mission]

where can I find the King of Dwarves' cloak? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I think you won't find it in this mission. And there isn't such an artifact; the King of Dwarves has armor, a helmet, a shield, and greaves. All of them are available in "Hammers of Fate".
