It's clear that the ultimate ability of the damned heretics was used. I suspect that Hostor was the iterator and wrote the first note. And since I don't see any evidence of murder, I can assume that the fifth one went to kill Heaven.

Why was Heaven specifically a tech-marine? Aren't there other roles with protection against attacks?
The second note was from the Incas, and to "protect" themselves, they blocked Lisa, yes. That's how it was.
No, but you clearly "believe" in the first one, so why would you put yourself in such a position?
