What would you change in Heroes of Might and Magic IV?

The point, I think, is to see the result of the character development, which during the game turns into creative fantasy and intellectual challenge. :)
In the fourth game, it's not optimal to focus on developing only one hero; this kind of development is more suitable for the third game. ;)
