AI in Might & Magic: Heroes VI

The AI is as dumb as a doorknob. The problem is to defeat its first army without losses or with acceptable losses. After that, it's all easy. I just picked everything up, cleared the area, and killed the AI.

As long as I can remember, it's always been like this: after destroying the main AI, the rest is easy, the AI simply doesn't have time to build a new, more or less decent army. And the AI rarely recovers ;)
