I don't even feel like listing the fails (especially since my dear Slonik has already described everything correctly, so why should I repeat myself). In other words, those who are interested already know all their mistakes, so moving on. And for those who play for the sake of the game, participation, etc., etc., in short, "not for the win," they don't care anyway, right?
The only thing I'll say is — as everyone could have noticed, recruitment is by no means an imba skill. There were far more potential targets for recruitment in this game than in 29 and 30, where the mafia steamrolled everyone with some lucky use of this skill (in 29, 4/18 players were recruited; in 30, 2/19; with two out of the available four successfully recruited in 29, and one out of the pair in 30 — the difference in success is obvious). My point in saying all this is not to criticize the mafia; bad luck indeed played a significant role. But in this game, almost half the players were recruited — 7 out of 16 — yet it didn't bring an epic win. So, for the future — don't brand certain types of ND as "imba," especially ones like this. Recruitment is, first of all, situational, and secondly, requires particularly thoughtful play. In that same game 30, we identified the second potential recruit by the third night, but in the end, the opposing mafia prevented us from recruiting him. Situationality and luck/unluck.
The last few days here have been absolutely deadly; I mostly dropped in just to laugh. And yes, don't start saying stuff like "ololo pro-skill in the topic lol?", some moments were truly mind-blowing and funny, that's a fact.
Too bad we weren't allowed to play properly. Last game on HW, most likely. Slonik and I won't be playing with you anymore — you're bad. :p So go ahead and enjoy your daytime discussions like in this game after the third night (that's not sarcasm, mind you — as I see, some people really enjoy playing that way). Confirmation of this, so timely!

Sorry, Zubr didn't give me the list of roles for all players. All complaints should go to him.

Doc and Sandman. Doc targets player A, but ends up going to player B. Player B can only be the Sandman, since there aren't even any redirecting roles in this game. The next night, Doc goes to the Sandman again. Hmm, what a scoundrel that MG is — didn't give a role list, messed up all the moves. :/
