if we're talking about SoD, then Hill Fort needs to be banned in principle... we're not playing a mirror match, so someone might get it generated, someone else might not... and excuse me, but this massively increases the tempo... on almost any template... imagine that on Jebus Cross you get this object generated for Castle (or basically for any town)... "with it, going to the center on 121 will be too late"...
I'm for removing all unnecessary things from the game... as was already mentioned. if they fixed water, even though it's more of a "core component" of the game than objects... then we need to remove everything else as well...
