Zubr, regarding the system and the word "can," that's your subjective opinion. People are not obligated to act in accordance with it. Do you understand? It's a different matter if these were forum rules, but these are just personal preferences. Don't impose your opinion on others.

Stop nitpicking at the details. If you have clear arguments, based on which your topic and similar ones make sense, then state them. Then we can continue the discussion. We can even create a poll for people: "do they need these topics or not?". But at the moment, arguments have only been presented in favor of the correctness of my position. They even provided an excerpt from the rules.
Besides quoting words out of context, you haven't offered anything in response. Just phrases like "it was needed for me," "it didn't bother anyone."
