Russian version of the map editor for Heroes 5: "Tribes of the East" (3.1).

To avoid further issues with the expired storage period, the Russian localization file has been uploaded to the HW file archive and now resides alongside the other files. Here is the link. I archived it there because I couldn't upload the unarchived file due to its large size.
