You look at the game as a continuation of the old games, rather than as a separate entity (a sign of an old-school player). Here, however, there's a different concept, and resurrection is key. That's the situation.

Firstly, there's no need to accuse others of belonging to a particular system of beliefs, as you could be accused of the same thing.
Secondly, a different concept is justified only when it's better than the old one, but in this case, it isn't.
