Village

Peasants are nonsense.
Jigits - Only if you make nomadic units like in Heroes 3. But in the Village, they don't fit in.
Bulls - I have them on level 3 in Inferno.

1) I agree.
2) I disagree: the Village can be multinational, as I already said. Otherwise, you won't be able to gather enough decent creatures.
3) It's bad, but you can insert another creature instead.
