I think the argument here is pointless. We need to analyze the interpretation of the rules and each word in the rules, not whether it's "Sera" or "Pandora" at the desired point. If a thorough analysis of each word in the rules leads to one course of action, and the player's action is different, then the player is at fault. If, however, the rules cannot condemn the player's action, then the player is, of course, not at fault. If the rules cannot judge the situation in either direction, then the rulemaker is at fault, and the player is again not at fault. Regarding the Black Knight, I doubt he based his decisions solely on the rules. His principle of judgment involves making decisions based on common sense and humanity, rather than strictly following the letter of the law. This is my personal assumption based on my experience communicating with him at his tournament. In other words, I think this wasn't even mentioned in their rules, but again, this is just my speculation.
