A law describes the behavior of matter. That is, it is a set of principles, and knowing them, we can describe any process determined by that law, right?

There are many laws in the world, and they all act on matter at the same time. Some actions are less noticeable, and some are more. The total number of actions is incredibly large; where is the guarantee that the number of their types is so small that they can all fit into our brain?

Someone was just telling me about the uncertainty principle.

And? The uncertainty principle defines the possibilities of human cognition, but I'm talking about something else.
