In my opinion, a complete understanding of the world is equivalent to knowing all its laws. For example, why do we need to know at what point and with what speed an electron moves? It is enough to know one general physical principle of electron movement.

How do physical laws differ from physical matter? Is there 100% certainty that the principles of understanding physical laws differ from the principles of understanding through them?

There is an opinion that with the help of science, a person can explore everything. With a small caveat: everything within the limits that God has established for a given moment in time. Humanity is moving forward in its development because God reveals a little more of the area for research each time.

I don't know, I don't know. It seems to me that some artificial limits are not needed, and without them, there is always something to do. And in general, this would mean that physical laws are not static and that at one time, some laws operate, and at another time, others. After all, new laws often contradict old ones, and they only converge in a certain approximation.
