Here it is. Take the archive that I attached to the message and extract zip2orc.exe from it. Place the maps in Data11.zip/Scenario, then run zip2orc.exe Data11.zip from the command line/file manager; you will get Data11.zip.orc as output, rename it to Data11.orc.
And there's also an XML file that needs to be edited in Data9.orc, as far as I understand. To do this, first use orc2zip.exe Data9.orc, edit everything, and then return it using the method described above.
