Max, I play at least one, if not two, levels better than you. And you're here, expressing your opinion? Are you familiar with the concept of morality? If you're a drugged-out loser, then you'll write such a report, yes. And you'll disgrace yourself all over the forum with such actions. It's nonsense, as if the rating means something to you. If it does, then that's just noob behavior ;)

I don't care how you play; I wasn't talking about skill, but about the fact that rules are meant to be followed, not broken. If you think that someone who follows the rules is a drugged-out loser, then that applies primarily to the rulemakers.
It's not about the rating or the desire to post such a "win" here. By the way, read the previous reports – there are plenty of them from different players (like, "there are no rests," or "you can't leave the city on turn 111" or "you can't leave the city on turn 112." Such a game is no better than those wins, and even worse in terms of some moral principles, because those wins are awarded and proclaimed by the rules, while turn 111 is posted by the player, although it also doesn't carry any meaningful weight, but it is still counted towards the rating) :-/
