Why not? You just need a small mod. Take a look in data.pak, in the \Maps\DuelMode\Heroes folder, take one of the files and edit it. You can change the shared settings, so that a different hero will be used in the duel, correct the number of creatures, and so on. However, for online play, your opponent will also need to have this mod.
