By the way, you could add a humorous artifact, like a beggar's cloak (made of patches cut from other cloaks). But the combined effect of the patches would be quite significant.

And also, a potion called "moonshine"! When a hero drinks it in battle, they become invulnerable, but after the battle, they die :D. If you drink it on the global map, the hero will wake up in a random location on the map after 3 days, without troops or artifacts (only the beggar's cloak remains).
