Yeah, in the fifth game, I remember we and the guys played all night long, hotseat mode, and spent hours just staring at the city screens, sometimes even neglecting the actual gameplay just to admire the city screens. That's what mattered back then, and everything was fine. I'll buy the game, maybe even more than one.


Why are you so critical of the game? The skill tree is interesting, the graphics are nice, and the strategic part hasn't really changed. Overall, if you ignore the somewhat questionable reduction of rare resources (and of course, the constant crashes), I liked the beta. I wasn't expecting anything special from the game, and it met my expectations about 90%.
