How do I install the Russian language pack for the game?

Here, I found a Russian language pack, but it's not certain if it's for your game version: http://www.playground.ru/files/41920/
Actually, I'm not sure, but I think you can manually apply the Russian language by replacing the text.pak file with another, Russianized one.
