You are a typical squad commander, and it would be a waste not to utilize your talents in management. Under your command is the entire tactical group, which acts according to your plan, follows your orders and instructions. You know how to direct both teamwork and each individual fighter, and besides, you bear all the responsibility for the operations carried out, starting from planning and ending with personnel losses during execution. Your role may involve directing the group from headquarters via radio communication, but do not forget that you are primarily responsible for the actions of each member! And also remember that personal example can show the soldiers much more than the most well-prepared introductory briefing. Your weapon is most likely a pistol, so as not to occupy your hands unnecessarily, plus your mind and the planned course of action.
