Physical vs. non-physical... It's simple, when there are no cigarettes, it should be much easier. One thing is to take it out of your pocket and light it, and another is to go somewhere to a kiosk, walk for half an hour to get there, and then walk back... By the time you get back, the desire will be gone. Or am I wrong?
