There, only dragon upgrades exist, and the unupgraded creature on horseback remains. In the \GameMechanics\Creature\Creatures\Necropolis folder, you need to delete everything except Bone_Dragon.xdb to prevent the unupgraded creature from flying. Then, the upgrades will retain their old stats.
