Gera, try downloading someone else's campaign, opening it with WinRAR, navigating to UserCampaigns[campaign name]\, opening campaign.xdb with Notepad, and changing the mission names, bonuses, and other details to your own. It's an inconvenient method, but I don't know any other way to help you.
