All of Russia’s current problems stem from the fact that everyone primarily thinks about themselves, and sometimes about their family, but that’s not enough. These 6/10 managers that Morning was talking about. Why so many are needed?! A manager, in Russian, is a person in charge. But what’s the point of having so many people in charge if there’s nothing to manage?! The result: production falls, the country weakens. But the managers have secured comfortable positions for themselves. The officials are no better. There are probably 2/10 of them. The point of having so many is also unclear, but they have money. And as soon as the opportunity to leave the country arises, people will seize it.

And the West, directly or indirectly (more likely indirectly), became the cause of this selfishness. Simply because people wanted to live like them. After the hardships of the Soviet system, people got hooked on money like a drug and can’t stop.
