Heroes 6 - Discussion

They're often misguided because, as a rule, that's the case. A fan comes up with some interesting idea during lunch that only appeals to them, and immediately goes to the developers: "IMPLEMENT MY IDEA IN THE GAME, I'M A FAN, I'VE BEEN PLAYING FOR FIVE YEARS."

The same can be said about the developers and their (sometimes misguided) ideas, but the difference is that players have to accept what the developers have created. That's all there is to it.
The fact that there are dwarves in the fifth game, but not my second dungeon or the Dogma swamp, doesn't necessarily mean that the developers' idea with dwarves is better than ours.
They're just the creators, and they put into the game what they could come up with.
