Ghouls are creatures from Arabic mythology, not Russian. I'm against such a "geographical" localization. There are already enough problems with creatures like dreamwalkers; it's hard to find a translation that doesn't sound awkward.

How can they decide which models to make if they only ask on a closed forum (judging by the fact that the seraphim's swords are ultimately just regular swords and not multicolored, the developers are listening), and the fact that the localizers engaged in such a unique dialogue is a plus, in my opinion. In any game, fans are always dissatisfied with the localization, saying that they would have translated it better. Now, everyone has the opportunity to suggest their own version. I think they will choose the most logical ones.

The same can be said about the developers and their (sometimes misguided) ideas, but the difference is that players have to accept what the developers have created. That's all there is to it. The fact that there are dwarves in the fifth game, but not my second dungeon or the Dogma swamp, doesn't necessarily mean that the developers' idea with dwarves is better than ours. They're just the creators, and they put into the game what they could come up with.
