1. Interested parties initiate an Open Poll in that Section(s) of the Resource where the Player "resided." A vote is held on the topic: "for" unbanning, or "against" unbanning. Forum members who have been registered for at least 1 month (the period is not critical) before the Player is placed in a Permanent Ban can vote in the Poll. Based on the results, the Player is removed from the Permanent Ban with a "minus" of 100 Violation Points (or, accordingly, is not removed). There can only be one vote for each instance of a Permanent Ban. And so on, endlessly, as long as the Players trust the administration.
2. System.
There is no system for assigning Points; moderators simply remove insults and profanity, and everything else for which Points were assigned.
3. The Punishment System on the forum should not be changed.
4. Something else.
If we are going to change something, we can replace the permanent ban with a temporary one, but the period should increase in progression for each subsequent ban. And deducting a few points on holidays (Oelm suggested) is also a useful option, because points are not only given for swearing. And getting banned, for example, because you "use a font larger than 3 in your signature" is somehow wrong.
