I recommend that you first take a look at how everything works and delve into the code. I created this mod in its current form about a year and a half ago, but it has existed for 3 years. I made it primarily for myself, to suit my play style. You can download and use it as a template, changing what you don't like to suit your needs. Many have done so. You can find previous versions on zzima.com.
Later, I will explain why I made certain changes.
