Who thinks that an army is unnecessary?

Heh... How quickly the topic gained popularity... :)
But seriously, IMHO, we need the army as a scarecrow and an incredible incentive to study :) (I was actually relieved from it today by a certificate from an allergist. That's it, now I can't be drafted because I'm an asthmatic :) )
