GO FOR IT, NEWBIE!!!

I didn't quite understand who remained in which positions.

According to the current rules of Volda, only Specialists at Level 4 can use their special Magic (and only on "neutrals") that they were born with. All other Magic, not from "birth," Specialists use on a general basis, as described in the Rules, up to Level 3.
That is, without fulfilling the conditions in the Rules, no Hero can use Scrolls higher than Level 3 (exceptions are Specialists at Level 4 Magic, if the found Scroll matches the Magic they were born with, and only on "neutrals").
Magic of Level 3 and below can be used by all Heroes without any restrictions.
