Basically, restart after meeting in the first week.

I don't like playing on small maps or maps where it's possible to meet an opponent in the first week. But I have a few questions. I'm a noob, so don't be too harsh on me :smile41:
Is the FB winner in 121 better than the winner in 116? If both players know that it's possible to meet in, say, 115, shouldn't they be prepared for that? If one player can go through guards to the second player's zone, can the second one do the same?

What's the problem? It's very easy. If you dealt more damage than your opponent, you can't run away for 3 rounds. A nearly identical formula is used on WCL, but it means exactly the same thing.

I'm not even talking about TP, fly, 1 DD. But I feel like it's unrealistic...

I'm not sure if I understand correctly. What's unrealistic? I think this rule is okay, but everything is open for discussion.
How often do you use this spell on the 2sm4d template?

And maybe we can suggest banning fully upgrading creatures in Conflux, and banning Galthran, Izru, and Vidomina in Necropolis. And a random hero at the start. I'm sure that after that, opinions about the overpowered nature of these towns will change :) At least on 2sm4d(3), but it's not that important to me.

Once again, I have a problem with the translation. Do you want Necro and Conflux banned? Me too, and many LH players too. But I can accept that we can't use these towns in the tournament. I like the rule from the World Cup.

By the way, who understood how the towns are chosen? Is there a check, a full random, or just a choice? I didn't understand...

In the first stage - the group stage (3 rounds), you play the town you want. If both players want to play the same town, they have to put the hero selection on random.
In the final stage, there will be the same town-choosing system as in the World Cup, but without Necro and Conflux. It's not written yet, but it will be. I promise ;)

A fun tournament is OK, but the approach to the rules is the same, like "write down your wishes - we'll discuss it when there are 4 days left until the start" - that's not OK. I want to know what I'm signing up for. It all looks a bit rough and unserious. :smile30:

Yes, what can I say? I can only say "sorry." I wanted to add this info two weeks ago, but the originator of FA II was on vacation, and I couldn't contact him to confirm a few things. But as I wrote before, the first stage is only to make the first selection of players. I doubt if any of you will have problems getting through it. From the final stage (round 4), it's possible to make small changes to the regulations, and I hope we will. That's why it's important to add your suggestions on the LH forum. The first stage will take about 6 weeks, so we have a lot of time to discuss everything.

Should I understand that you don't like these players? Do you think they should be banned?

I don't have the power to ban anyone. All players are welcome on LH and its tournaments. The one thing we don't accept is cheating. We hate all cheaters, and they are banned forever. I hope we've proven it during the first edition of Frenzy Attack.

Also, in my personal opinion, your rules are quite normal, with the exception of the rule to play with 130%, because it can lead to meeting in the first week.
