I understand a little bit of Russian, and if necessary, I've used Google Translate.

Refer to the regulations. As I wrote on another portal, I'm not the author of these rules, and I don't agree with all of them. I'm only trying to help the LH admin with the tournament organization. The regulations were prepared a long time ago for all LH leagues according to WCL rules or others. And it is not a copy of the World Cup regulations. I prefer as few rules as possible (I don't like the forbidden heroes rule, forbidden artifacts, banned Necro, and Conflux, etc.).

It's very hard to discuss with arguments like "these rules are messed up, I won't play, and no one will." I will not beg anyone to play.

I also think it should be 160%. But 130% is only in the first stage - the group stage - which includes the first 3 rounds. This stage is only to remove fake accounts and players who will not play.
I think that all good players should go through this stage without a problem and then play in the final stage (which includes the last 5 rounds) with 160%.

In FA I, we showed the LH community that there are more templates than balance. With this one, we want to promote 2sm4d(3). This tournament is for fun. The LH league is a young league, so first, we want to show it to other communities and spread it to other foreign players. After a few tournaments (for fun), we hope to create a more serious tournament in the future with discussed and well-prepared rules and regulations. Maybe playing WT mod.
