Sacred Haven of Debauchery

The plot of any game from BioWare.

No need to copy parts. In Baldur's Gate, dark forces are only present in a side quest, while the main storyline involves saving the world, etc. (except for Imoen). You simply try to survive and kill the person who is chasing you. The first game is similar.
And there are no great hordes of villains that you single-handedly defeat throughout the game. You only encounter local monsters, bandits, and other inhabitants that you have to kill as you progress through the game. That is, nothing epic, except for the fact that the protagonist is special and a couple of side quests.
