Whose death do you think was the most unfair?

Obviously, Tieru! And how could some insignificant Biara even kill him? He was supposed to be such a powerful wizard. In a duel between the Demon Lord and Tieru, I don't even know who would win.
I'm not sure how relevant this is: what happened to Railag after "Hammers of Fate"? This add-on ends with Tieru sending him to the lands of the orcs, but then there's no mention of him.
