Is this information 100% accurate? Did you take a close look at the Dwarven Castle? There's a snowy landscape there with a large hole filled with lava. I support the idea of jelly elves; it would be a breakthrough in Heroes and in the entire modern gaming industry.

But what about the sea creatures? There's even an artifact for them.

The sea is represented by the water dragon Shalassa, and we have nagas here. Although, by the way, it's not ruled out that a couple of units will be of elven origin.
