Against which factions is it easier for demons to fight, and against which is it more difficult?

I tried a demon versus a light and antimagic build!
It looks really cool when Divine Force, Mass Heal, and Mass Haste are used. The Necromancer had Chain Lightning (which isn't the best choice against this type of enemy), and there were also Berserkers and Mind Control spells!
But the main problem is initiative (even though the artifacts for initiative were roughly the same), but since the demon is faster, it goes first -> 1,000 Imps drain all the mana. At this point, the Necromancer can lose without a choice, casting a powerful Shriek, for a total of -8 or -10 defense. My demons sometimes resisted it, but not often, and when combined with Grief, they always resisted it!((((
The Necromancer drained mana by killing my summoned Imps because they would also drain mana if they had any! (There's a nasty trick with a Phantom that costs 800 and still drains no mana).
I was playing as the Demon, with Jezebeth and 350 Demons, supported by Cave Dwellers and Imps. The rest rushed into the attack. After inflicting as much damage as possible, I returned with Archdemons to protect my high-damage ranged units!
In skilled hands, demons can really mess up the opponent, and if the Necromancer doesn't choose the right tactics, it's a plus for the demon!
Here are the main dangers for the Necromancer against the Demon:
1. Initiative - the Demon has many units that go first!
2. 1,000 Imps drain 250 mana, which means the Necromancer definitely won't win with Chain Lightning unless they have as much knowledge as possible, and specifically, the important perk in education!
3. With Leadership and at least two artifacts for defense, the Necromancer loses the advantage of Chain Lightning!
(tested) Unless, of course, the Necromancer has a complete set!
4. The Demon, without a Sandro's Cape, will go for a light build, because there's simply no other option! Antimagic can solve a lot! (Simple spells of levels 1-3 can be obtained in the castle or on the map).
5. Only take Messengers... in extreme cases, Banshees, if you are very confident in the power of Chain Lightning!
6. I'm saying all this as a not-so-experienced player of the Necromancer, so if there's anything absurd, let me know... I'm interested!)))
