You know, there's this joke:
A colonel's son asks: "Dad, can I become a general?"
And the father replies: "No, the general already has a son."

So, in most cases, these aren't some brilliant, great people, but simply people with connections, born into wealthy families. The proportion of truly great people who have achieved success through their own intelligence and character is incredibly small. So, there's no need to confuse concepts, no need to compare it to someone who is afraid to take responsibility before employees, friends, etc., because that's personal, i.e., from a different system of coordinates.
