Russian version of the map editor for Heroes 5: "Hammers of Fate" (2.1)

I had a similar issue, but not with Heroes, but with my own program. It happened under Win Vista. The OS didn't recognize my program and didn't grant it administrator privileges. The result was an error when trying to access a DLL file. The solution: in the shortcut properties, check the box for "Run as administrator."
