Britvochka cheats selectively — as I concluded from the last two games with him, where the level of his moves in the second game, in my firm belief, was an order of magnitude higher than in the first — apparently I angered him with my disrespectful wine in the first game, where he deigned to play without using his “gift of vision”...
So, I’ll repeat:
I have considered and still consider him a cheater. I wouldn’t sit down to... well, you know, on the same field with such people, let alone play; it just stinks... like it’s beneath me :)
And also...
It might sound a bit arrogant, but if such rats are allowed to be among you — then it’s even more not his problem, but the problem of those who allow it (a dig at those weaklings from both AK and the HeroesWorld forum who play at jurisdiction and democracy — like “I’m not sure,” “insufficient evidence,” “the fundamental unprovability of cheating online,” and so on and so forth). Everyone knows who the doormats are, right? :rolleyes:
And moreover, I believe most skilled and honest players are wary of playing with him...

And if the community tolerates such things (I see it from the results), then it’s fine with them; they will
put up with both the blatant, undisguised maphack of ATG and this rotten sheep (and the next one, which I think won’t be long in coming). I simply believe that then the point of no return will be crossed, and the level of trust in online games will reach a critically low level in the foreseeable future — that would be unfortunate...

I think that such a commotion in the Britvochka case is largely a result of the same situation with ATG, where:
1. AK acted spinelessly, without a principled stance — essentially nothing.
2. Many experienced players (some due to personal relationships and ambitions, like “let’s put that arrogant rabble in their place,” cuckoo-Vikk;), some simply out of love for chatter and a desire to boost their own importance) — began to mock, engage in legal casuistry, and undermine the authority of AK (which was created through the players’ own aspirations, in case anyone forgot). Not realizing that this would backfire on them later...

Well — in the case of ATG, they sowed a breeze, and now this isn’t even a storm (Britvochka is still, like, a shy kind of cheater, like “His whole being protested against theft, but he couldn’t help stealing. He stole, and he was ashamed”...). Others may come, and they will have no moral barriers left (the barriers are being removed right now, so to speak, in real time...).

Indeed, how can young and ambitious newcomers now reason: “So what? There’s ATG who maphacked (there’s even a video), and nothing much happened to him; they tried to catch Britvochka somehow, and it all ended in bleating; everyone hacks and even bullies and ‘kicks around’ those suckers who timidly try to object — and I’ll be tougher than all of them, I’ll tear apart this moaning stable right now. And those few who still advocate for absolutely fair play — where are they? And even they are probably not without sin...” It’s clear that I’m presenting the most radical spectrum of the moral imperative; there will also be those who only glance at the map once every other game, with their left eye, through a reflection in a mirror...

In short, the gist of this wall of text is this:
There are moments when you need to act more decisively — if you will, act according to the code, to respond, so to speak.
More specifically — give him the “do what must be done, come what may,” and if many AK members simply cannot shed their, let’s say, “softness” — then let AK follow the simple majority (then the question arises: why an AK in the form of a kind of expert council of sages — should they just hang polls one after another...?) and deliver a verdict of “acquitted due to lack of evidence” and, importantly, explain in detail that “lack of evidence” does not mean the person is fully exonerated — there simply wasn’t enough evidence...

And if not, then you can’t make a bullet out of crap, Cyrano...this will apply not only and not so much to AK, but to all of us, just so you know:)
