IMO, the only person in all of HeroesWorld who is currently truly suitable for the position of AC chairman or even a judge is Kash. Even though we often argue, it's clear that he thinks constructively and knows how to present his point of view. That's why even when he deletes my posts unjustly (as it seems to me), it doesn't lead to a surge of aggression.
The rest is less important, let him pick his own team, there are plenty of good candidates, they've already been listed here. Just let him first step down from his moderator powers :).
