Now imagine that we move on from Alex's case, forget about it, and move on. Life goes on, and new problems arise. Let's say the Arbitration Committee (AC) starts to act strangely towards you. You go to them for explanations, but you find a closed door, a vague protocol on the wall, and no one answers the phone. What would you do?

No, if I thought that way, I wouldn't be defending the AC. Each member of the AC is ready for dialogue, but they also expect at least some level of politeness from the player in return. Regarding Pasha and Neo, you see a contrast here, but I don't. In both cases, a person brought the discussion to the forum. And if Neo had made the decision himself, he simply wouldn't have been understood. Pasha did the same, but he passed it on to the AC. And the AC, of course, could have (and in my opinion, should have) put the decision to a vote. I don't understand why it didn't do so, but I believe that this shouldn't happen again.

P.S.
I remember something about forum members delegating some powers to the AC. I am completely against this. In its current form, I personally don't see the need for the AC.

Imagine a situation where you have to play in a tournament against a player whom you suspect of cheating. Wouldn't you try to analyze his games with other players?
