I think it would be right to consider the question of whether an Arbitration Committee (AC) is needed for the World of Xeen forum in general. An Poll will be created soon. I'll share my vision regarding the AC. I believe that an AC is necessary because there will be authorized individuals to resolve situations, which, in my opinion, will allow for a decision to be made that is primarily impartial and well-informed. However, the Heroes players need to choose individuals whom they trust to make such decisions.
