This is the second time that ХВ has lowered my morale. An example is in my signature. Is this normal? Does ХВ not like me?

1) The forum homepage doesn't have a title, which looks rather ugly compared to other pages (at least it stands out that way).
2) There are lags with delivering topics when subscribed via email; sometimes it slows down significantly, and sometimes I think it gets canceled altogether (this happens often with this topic)
